About the Office of the City Manager :
The City Manager acts as Chief Executive Officer of the City of Duncan. She is responsible for the daily administration of all departments within city government. She is also responsible for implementation of policies developed by the City Council. The City Manager advises the council on decisions, and develops a city budget. She manages financial, legal, and intergovernmental relations.
The manager is also responsible for making sure the needs and concerns of Duncan residents are addressed to help ensure that the city runs smoothly. It is her responsibility to make sure that the city's resources are used to optimize the benefits to the citizens.
