All billing requests and customer services are handled by Utlities Customer Service located at City Hall, 1600 S Hwy 81.

Electricity

City of Duncan provides electrical services to its customers via Duncan Power. Duncan Power is a community electric company and a member of the Oklahoma Municipal Power Authority. 

Water

The water inside the Duncan City Limits is provided by City of Duncan. 

Sewage Treatment

Sewage treatment inside the Duncan City Limits is provided by City of Duncan. 

Garbage Collection

Garbage Collection inside the Duncan City Limits is conducted by Waste Connections.
