Mobile food truck vendors must apply for a Food License.
Things required for Mobile Food Units include, but are not limited to:
- Extinguisher(s)
- Smoke Detection
- Hand Washing
- Proper Sewer Disposal
- Proper Sanitary Water Connection (or storage)
- Proper Electrical Connection
Inspection stickers must be displayed. Food licenses expire on April 30th of every year.

Mobile food trucks must meet Oklahoma State Department of Health food requirements and Oklahoma State Fire Marshal's directive.
