As a member of the Oklahoma Municipal Power Authority (OMPA), Duncan Power is participating in a survey, conducted by Great Blue Research, for their residential customers. The survey results will be used to assist Duncan Power in providing their best in customer service and experiences.
The survey will begin August 5, 2025, and will show up on Caller ID as Great Blue Research. Phone calls will be made between 2 p.m. and 8 p.m. weekdays until the survey is completed on November 7, 2025. In addition to phone calls, the survey may also be taken electronically. The survey will take approximately 10 minutes with topics including satisfaction with electric utility, perception of electric rates, perception of utility’s performance including response to a customer issue, power restoration, etc. The feedback received from this survey will help Duncan Power continue to make improvements to their services and further develop the relationship between provider and customer.
